Katrina was a gym addict, often doing back to back classes mainly cardio sessions in an attempt to lose the ever increasing weight and belly fat. 

On taking the Hormonal Body type quiz she realised her main problem. She  joined the program and set about changing her nutrition, her training and working on her mindset and ended up losing 6 kg in 8 short weeks. She now eats more than she used to and has completely changed her training regime and is doing less exercise than ever. Her husband continually comments how amazing she is looking and how happy she is
