I’m a Les Mills Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, Coach and motivational speaker
I have spent the last 28 odd years in the fitness industry, and I still love it as much as I did when I fell into this world which has become my whole career
My career has taken me all over the world, from Fiji, to cruise ships, Australia and here in NZ
I am a mum, and a grandma…one who is determined to break the rules, break the mould of being middle aged and one who believes in creating her own destiny
My passion for keep myself fit, healthy, and being in a body that I love has been a work in progress and is a result of the countless hours of study, investment in myself and experiences physically and emotionally.
Over the years, I have developed a lifestyle that lives and breathes health, but I also know how to let go and enjoy life by letting go and having fun
It’s all about balance; do the things you said you were going to do, stop making excuses and you’ll get the body and life you desire
That’s always been my mantra
